A family-run business established in 2021 in the spa town of Buxton, Santiago Bar de Tapas is a restaurant, bar, shop and delicatessen promoting authentic Spanish food and drink. As a family, we have holidayed in Spain for over 20 years, to a small town called San Pedro Del Pinitar, 40 minutes south of Alicante. Over the years we fell in love with Spanish Cuisine, culture and people. We have always been made welcome by the local people and when we visit our villa it is simply our second home, making many amigos along the way.

Therefore, we wanted to capture the essence of Spain and celebrate it in our hometown. Our menu showcases ingredients directly from Spain, which you can purchase in our shop and enjoy from the comfort of your home. From bread baked daily to over 100 wines, there really is something for everyone.

Santiago has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere that promotes social dining. Dishes come as and when they are ready, rather than in a fixed order. As the customer you are in complete control order from a range of Tapas and Ration sized portions and keep on ordering.
